Supporting International Women’s Day

In celebration of the International Women's Day theme of 'Give To Gain' we asked theLS Events team to share a piece of career advice they would give to their younger selves. Because sharing our knowledge and encouragement is key to the advancement of women.

Give To Gain emphasises the power of reciprocity and support. When people, organizations, and communities give generously, opportunities and support for women increase. Giving is not a subtraction, it's intentional multiplication.

We're proud of our incredible team, where 60% of roles are occupied with women. But there is still so much work to do to ensure women are empowered, inspired and supported to thrive.
