LS Events Unveils Strategic Leadership Appointments to Propel Growth and Enhance Client and Staff Support

LS Events are proud to announce  significant appointments to our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the introduction of new Project Director roles, reinforcing our commitment to strategic growth, operational excellence, and the professional development of our exceptionally talented staff.

Grace Noest has been appointed to Vice President of Strategy and Engagement, and Jen-e Jones has been appointed to Vice President of Operations. These new Vice President roles align with the SLT's purpose, objectives, and responsibilities, reflecting an increased scope beyond their original Projects Director roles.

Grace Noest, VP of Strategy and Engagement: With over 25 years of experience in the sports, entertainment, sponsorship, and events sectors, Grace brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. Since joining LS Events in 2019, Grace has been a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, driving major events such as Operation LONDON Bridge, Pride in London, EUROS 2020 (2021) Fan Zones and Barcode Festival, whilst taking on her SLT responsibilities across company strategy, culture and communications . In her new capacity, Grace will lead the development and execution of the company’s strategic vision, enhance stakeholder engagement, and oversee key business functions, including PR and communications strategies, and ensuring ISO compliance. Her role is critical in driving growth, building strong relationships, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Jen-e Jones, VP of Operations: Jen-e is a highly experienced Projects Director at LS Events with over 25 years of expertise in delivering exceptional events across diverse sectors. Her impressive portfolio includes iconic projects such as Operation London Bridge, multiple high-profile touring shows, and major music festivals like Download and Wireless. Jen-e holds specific experience in venue and stadia events, having previously served as Senior Event Manager at Cardiff International Arena and as a Tour Manager across major UK stadiums and arenas. As a key member of the LS Events Senior Leadership Team, Jen-e excels in operational excellence, overseeing all aspects of event delivery from concept to completion. In her new role, Jen-e will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of LS Events' operational functions, focusing on streamlining processes, managing resources, overseeing key internal systems like the CRM, and fostering a productive and collaborative working environment. Jen-e will also lead the company's Learning and Development program and oversee ISO compliance and risk management activities.

Introducing New Project Directors

LS Events is also pleased to announce the appointment of four new Projects Directors: Ian Nolan, Jess Noakes, Laura Armstrong, and Zoey Benjamin (Creative Director). These individuals were appointed following a rigorous internal recruitment process, which included presentations outlining their vision for the future growth and success of LS Events.

The Projects Director role is a key executive position, responsible for leading project management and operational teams, driving company strategy through projects, and ensuring seamless execution across assigned projects. Key responsibilities for these roles include strategic project leadership, portfolio management, client satisfaction, and financial oversight.

Our new directors will undergo a transition period over the summer, actively managing current projects while embedding into their new roles, ensuring they are fully operational and ready to lead assigned 2026 projects towards the end of the year.

These organisational changes underscore LS Events' dedication to staff retention, knowledge retention, and experience retention by providing clear opportunities for career development and progression within the company.
