Dave Grindle is Co-CEO of LS Events, with over three decades of experience delivering complex, high-profile live events. Known for his calm leadership style and strategic vision, Dave plays a central role in shaping LS Events’ reputation for event excellence and innovation.
Dave has been at the helm of LS Events since it was founded in 2004, laying the foundations of excellence, values and ideals that the company was set up on. As Co-CEO, Dave now leads LS Events alongside fellow Co-CEO Steve Reynolds steering the business through its diversification during Covid-19 through to the delivery of Operation London Bridge.
From early roots in the growth of the UK festival scene, Dave quickly developed a deep understanding of the logistical and creative demands of large-scale events as part of the founding team of Creamfields. From music festivals and major public celebrations to global sporting ceremonies and brand activations, his work spans the full spectrum of live experiences delivering some of the UK’s most iconic live events including BST Hyde Park, All Points East and most recently Lido Festival, tipped as London’s greenest festival yet.
With a hands-on approach and a reputation for meticulous planning, collaborative delivery, and the ability to navigate high-pressure environments with calm confidence, Dave remains focused on delivering meaningful experiences that bring people together and leave a lasting legacy.
