Five years ago today, ten people lost their lives at the Astroworld Festival in Houston. One of them was Madison Dubiski, 23.
The next morning, her cousin tied a pink bow, Madison’s favourite colour, to the festival fence. It spread to homes, schools and businesses across Houston, the US and beyond.
Her family went on to found the Pink Bows Foundation, working to make live events safer so no other family faces the same loss.
