In 2025, LS Events once again raised the bar for fan engagement through a series of globally recognised sporting events that seamlessly merged elite competition with immersive audience experiences.

At the Emirates Great Britain Sail Grand Prix in Portsmouth, LS Events served as the local operator for one of the UK’s largest-ever spectator sailing events. Welcoming over 10,000 fans across multiple sites, we transformed the waterfront into a festival of high-speed racing and “Après-Sail” celebration, blending sport, music, and culture into an electrifying atmosphere both on land and at sea. Working hand-in-hand with the SailGP Global team, we delivered an end-to-end operational solution encompassing safety, crowd management, venue design, and overlay, ensuring that every fan’s journey was as thrilling as the action on the water.

Building on this momentum, LS Events proudly delivered the LIV Golf League UK fan concert event in Rocester, serving as the Lead Technical Production Agency for AEG Presents.

Our expertise in music entertainment took center stage as we brought LIV Golf’s “Golf But Louder” vision to life, seamlessly blending sport and live music to create a truly immersive audience experience, making the concert a standout highlight of the event.

Meanwhile, our delivery of the Marvel Fantastic Four London E-Prix 2025, the flagship UK round of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, continued to set new global benchmarks for fan engagement. The Formula E Fan Village, conceived and operated by LS Events, has become the beating heart of the weekend since we orchestrated and delivered its first inception in 2023: a vibrant hub of innovation, entertainment, and sustainability that connected audiences directly with the sport’s electric ethos. Our collaboration with Formula E now spans continents, supporting events in Diriyah, São Paulo, and Cape Town, and we are currently working towards supporting SailGP in Abu Dhabi in November 25, demonstrating our capacity to deliver world-class, consistent fan experiences across diverse cultural landscapes.
