In July 2024, LS Events successfully delivered the Google Cloud x Formula E Hackathon at ExCeL London. This high-profile, one-day event was a key initiative for the Google Cloud team, who partnered strategically with Formula E during the London E-Prix with the ambitious goal of achieving a new world record for the most individuals hacking simultaneously.

Breaking Records

LS Events took full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of this landmark event. From initial concept and planning through to on-the-day execution and managed every aspect to ensure a seamless and impactful experience for all participants.

This included the successful facilitation of over 1300 hackers simultaneously participating, achieving a new world record, alongside the smooth coordination of engaging Lighting Talks, informative Stand-Up sessions, and impactful Keynote Speeches throughout the event.
