All Points East - Luno

LS Events designed and developed the creative concepts for the new All Points East in Victoria Park festival headline partner in 2023, Luno, with 3 key objectives in mind:

  • Luno brand Integration across the Festival IP

  • Development of the creative concept for main activation within the main arena

  • Development of an activation concept for the VIP area

The results saw LS Events bring to life the Luno Guest Area, Luno VIP (including a 360° photo opportunity) and the creation of 3 bespoke, crystal maze-style, interactive games.  The games allowed for customers to win access to the Luno Guest Area, a backstage tour or official event merchandise.

CONSULTATION, LIAISON, DESIGN & PRODUCTION

 

  • Dedicated Account Manager appointed by LS Events

  • Weekly client meetings

  • Operational schedules

  • Consultation with suppliers to ensure concept was fully accessible and sustainable

  • Design documents for each design stage for the client to sign off or make amendments

  • Presentation decks produced to show furnishing and dressing options to the client

  • Master document maintained, containing each signed off element
